I studied English Lit in undergrad at UT Austin and UT Arlington. My focus was primarily on Classics (Greek, Roman, Norse) and American Lit.

Creative Writing

I love studying creative writing theory and deconstructing how various stories, film, and games tell their stories.

Hi! I'm Aubrie Starks, long time gamer and student of writing and rhetoric. I've spent most of my life in Texas, though I've been fortunate enough to visit both US coasts and traveled all over America's bread basket. It's my dream to work with an amazing team to make great games that tell unforgettable stories.

Baking

I love baking chocolate chip cookies. I'm not sure if it's the browned butter, the buttermilk, or the Maker's Mark that makes them so good. My money's on all three.

Tutoring

I was a reading and writing tutor for 6 years. I enjoyed meeting people from all over the world and helping them develop their communication skills.
